Responsible for Bidding for PMC projects in DFCCIL & Indian Railways. i.e. contract creation for procurement of Signaling material i.e. EI & TMS, Axle Counters, Signaling & Quad Cables, Location Boxes, Signals LEDs, etc. & Telecom materials i.e. SDH, L2 & L3 Switches, Master Clock, EPABX, GSM R VHF, and Control Communication Systems, etc. Deployment of contractors & procurement of Sand, Aggregate, Bricks, etc.

Bids & Project Management of 417 km double trackwork for Beijing Rail China at Allahabad. Preparation of tender documents, Selection of Vendors and Contractors. Follow up of FIDIC Clauses & Compliances with DFCC & PMC to counter the increasing amount of pressure and Reduce costs and improve performance in the project

Preparation of Bids for various DFCC projects. Worked as Project Head on RVNL’s projects . Responsible for project management including contract compliances, procurement & logistics, billing, etc. Looked after Interface,contract, and designs of DFCC’s project Rewari – Makarpura (Vadodara) (915 km,31 stations)
