Responsible for • Control and monitoring Test trains and Work Rail Vehicle movements using ATS -CBTC System. • Ensuring the required number of trains availability for T&C Activities in coordination with RST and SIG teams • In-charge of overall T&C activities during the shift from OCC. • handling incidents and rescue operations when required • Preparation of Temporary Operational Instructions and Notices as per the condition of system working and Controlling Area for T&C activities’

• Monitoring and controlling the train movement using THALES CBTC ATS and SCADA System running under AUTO (UTO & ATPM) and Fallback modes. • Ensure all works performed will meet the required safety requirements and operational needs. • Preparing the Trains for System Integration Testing (SIT) and Involving in System Integration Tests (SIT), SAT testing’s. • Coordinating with Maintenance Team for Failure management and in emergency • Preparing the Daily reports and updating the testing progress.

• Manages smooth real-time Metro operations across the network (including depots), • Manages all OCC/DCC staff activities, • Is responsible for observance of rules and procedures in the OCC or the field to the practical extent, • Is responsible, in case of serious breakdowns or incidents, to liaise with the on call duty senior manager, external authorities and public services especially fire brigade, medical and police. • Coordinates with the Security manager to ensure security of OCC and others

Responsible for • Regulate traffic using relevant procedures and resume normal operation as quickly as practicable in Degraded and Emergency Situations. • Failure Management of Rolling Stock and giving guidelines for troubleshooting to Train operator and same informing to Maintenance staff if required. • Failure Management of signaling system provided by Thales on Train on board and wayside. • The safe perations of revenue trains in accordance with the timetable.

Responsible for • All vehicle movements to and from within the Depot premises, depot to mainline and Mainline to Depot vice versa as per Timetable. • Coordinating with the Maintenance staff (Rolling stock, Signalling & others) with regard to maintenance of RST/SIG/COM assets. • Manages incidents and alarms related to Depot signaling system, Rolling stock,BMS, wash plant, fire, safety, security in the depot including filling of the AMS upon failure. • Liaises with maintenance department
