- Ensure that test Engineers & technicians have clear and exhaustive understanding of the Acceptance Criteria. - Participate in a Hand Over process from Manufacturing. - Manage on day to day basis the planning and workload in the testing workshop. - Manage Interface and perfect working relationship with: PrTCM, PrEM, PrVM, PrIM, Industrial Quality, Production Line Manager, Manufacturing EPU Manager, PrWM, PrQSM to achieve the testing KPI’s etc.

- Maintenance of Rolling stock equipment _ Metro Trains - RAMS Calculation - Handling the Team - Safety Trainings - Meetings with CFTs regarding failures and RCAs. etc.

-Responsible for Warranty support and also AMC works in Two Sheds (GOC&ERODE) for HHP Locomotives. -Installation and maintenance of EM2000 control system in HHP (WDG4, WDG4D and WDP4D) Locomotives. -Responsible for RAMS and Down Time Calculation for Billing. -Responsible for Maintaining Proper documents and records (Schedule details, Material Stock details, Failure details, Office documents). -Attending Breakdown calls from online and providing proper solutions to avoid online loco failures.

Installation and Maintenance of - MEP660 control system (Hardware & Software) in ALCO (WDM3A, WDP3A etc.) locomotives. - MAS696 control system (Hardware & Software) in HHP (WDG4, WDP4, WDG4D and WDP4D) Locomotives. - REMMLOT in both ALCO & HHP Locomotives. - APU in ALCO Locomotives. - Responsible for maintenance of customer support and troubleshooting of HHP & ALCO locomotives. - Testing of HOTEL LOAD Project in HHP Locomotives. - RAMS and Down Time calculation.
