Stadler delivers six metre-gauge locomotives to MOB

The Montreux Oberland Bernois Railway Company (MOB) and Stadler signed a contract today for the delivery of six new metre-gauge locomotives for both passenger and freight services.
The new locomotives, specially customized for MOB, will enhance performance and safety on the MOB line.
Four four-axle electric locomotives will be deployed for passenger services on the MOB metre-gauge line, operating the Goldenpass Express premium train.
The two additional identical hybrid locomotives are designated for rail services and infrastructure maintenance.
