Layers of support are offered by Metro's Trauma Recovery Guidebook: Volume Two, which equips and assists drivers in handling traumatic events that happen on the network, like running into trespassers.
Assuring the mental and emotional well-being of our employees is equally as important as their physical safety, according to Metro CEO Raymond O'Flaherty.
