After finalizing the Alstom Signaling North America deal, Knorr-Bremse acquires all signaling business operations
along with a team of approximately 800 employees across six locations.
This will allow Knorr-Bremse to enter North America’s lucrative market for signaling technologies (Control, Command, and Signaling – CCS),
which the company plans to enhance and expand globally by developing new and digital solutions.
Knorr-Bremse has acquired Alstom Signaling North America’s conventional signaling product portfolio, along with its sales,
service, and manufacturing operations, primarily located in the USA and Canada.
